USER AGREEMENT

This user agreement applies to the Rasbo website located at www.rasbo.com, and all associated sites linked to www.rasbo.com by Rasbo, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates (those sites, the “Site”). The Site is owned by Rasbo, Inc. (“Rasbo”). The user agreement also incorporates by reference the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Fees and Credit Policy also available at the Site. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THE USER AGREEMENT. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH THE USER AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Rasbo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this user agreement, at any time. You are responsible for periodically reviewing the user agreement for changes. By continuing to use the Site, you accept any changes at the time they are implemented.

Rasbo's Services

Rasbo provides a medium For Renters and Owners can list and search for properties to rent or buy. As part of these services, Rasbo will from time to time send you emails which you agree to receive. You are able to unsubscribe from these emails at any time. See the Privacy Policy for further information.

Rasbo as Intermediary

Rasbo does not create make, author, write, print or otherwise produce any of the listings on the Site, including, but not limited to, the text, photographs, images and links to third party websites. All property listings are submitted to the Site by others. Rasbo, therefore, is not liable for the lease transactions, including, without limitation, negotiations, discussions, or proposals that occur through the Site.

Liability Disclaimer and Affirmative Release

Registered Users may generate content on the Site as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, does not invade the privacy or infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, injure third parties or contain objectionable material and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any other form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead the public as to the source of such content. Rasbo reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.

By posting content or submitting material, you grant Rasbo a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Rasbo and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate the Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Rasbo for all claims resulting from content you supply. Rasbo has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Rasbo takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

User's Representations and Warranties

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age and sufficient authority to enter a binding agreement.

• All personal data supplied will be complete and accurate to the best of your ability. You will not impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

• The services of this Site shall be used only to find residential properties for rent or sale, in accordance with the process the Site presents, and information for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You will not transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, trade libelous, threatening, harassing, tortuous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, religiously or otherwise objectionable.

• Your license to use the Site may be terminated for violations to the Terms of Use.

Compliance with Federal and State Civil Rights Acts

Rasbo complies with state and federal civil rights laws, including the Fair Housing Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. To use the Site you must comply with such acts and therefore agree to refrain from stating any preference based on race, color, national origin, religion, handicap or any other category.

Right to Refuse Service

Rasbo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and terminate your account at any time.

Violations

Please report any violation of this User Agreement to Rasbo.
