FEES AND CREDIT POLICY
This fees and credit policy (the “Fees and Credit Policy”) apply to the RASBO website located at www.rasbo.com, and all associated sites linked to www.rasbo.com by RASBO, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates (those sites, the “Site”). The Site is owned by RASBO, Inc. (“RASBO”). The Fees and Credit Policy also incorporates by reference the Privacy Policy, the User Agreement and the Terms and Conditions of Use also available at the Site. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THIS FEES AND CREDIT POLICY. DO NOT USE THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIS SITE IF YOU DISAGREE WITH THE FEES AND CREDIT POLICY.
RASBO reserves the right, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Fees and Credit Policy, at any time and at its sole discretion. You are responsible for periodically reviewing the Fees and Credit Policy for changes. By continuing to use the Site, you accept any changes at the time they are implemented.
Advertising Plans
All advertising plans are subject to change without notice. Prices for the advertising plans do not include signs to place on your property. If you want anything in addition to the advertising plans, including signs, see the add-ons.
Rental and sales listings are offered in one, three, six, twelve and 24 month durations. Add-ons that are available include, arrow signs, yard signs and toppers, additional stickers, and a listing in the Featured Property Section of the Site.
Return Policy
RASBO’s goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with all customer purchases. If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered because of missing or damaged items, you must notify Customer Service of the issue and request a replacement product. You will receive further instructions from Customer Service.
Refunds
Under certain limited circumstances, RASBO may refund the purchase price or a portion of the purchase price for Services or Products purchased from the Site.
It is your responsibility to promptly inform RASBO that you are canceling a purchase according to the terms of this Section. RASBO is not required to accommodate Customers who attempt to cancel a purchase or request refunds if the provisions of this Section are not followed. Customers must notify RASBO in writing of a cancellation within 24 hours of a purchase through the Site. If such timely notification is given, RASBO will void, reverse, or credit the charges on such purchase.
IF YOU DO NOT GIVE NOTICE WITHIN 24 HOURS, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND FOR ANY REASON. FURTHER, AFTER 24 HOURS, YOU CANNOT DOWNGRADE THE PURCHASED PLAN AND RECEIVE A REFUND. You may upgrade to another plan after 24 hours from your purchase of the Services, at an additional charge. Please contact our Customer Service representatives at 1-888-95-RASBO (1-888-957-2726) for a la carte pricing rates.
Recurring Listings
It is your responsibility to notify RASBO in writing if you choose to stop your recurring listing. Without such notice, you will be billed each month. Each month will be considered a new purchase price and subject to the refund policy above.
Service Modification
In an ongoing effort to provide better service RASBO may, from time to time, modify the products and services offered through the Site. You are not entitled to a refund because of such a modification.
Affiliate or Third Party Access
If you use the Site through an Affiliate Publisher or Third Party, your only recourse is through that party. You will not receive any refund from RASBO.
Technical Problems
YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND DUE TO TEMPORARY TECHNICAL PROBLEMS WITH THE SITE THAT REMOVE YOUR PROPERTY LISTING, CHANGE YOUR PROPERTY LISTING OR CAUSE YOUR PROPERTY LISTING NOT TO BE DISPLAYED PROPERLY. YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND BASED ON A TEMPORARY SERVICE FAILURE THAT CAN INCLUDE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, BEING LOCKED OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR A TEMPORARY INABILITY TO UPLOAD PHOTOS . FURTHER, YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND BECAUSE OF A FAILURE FOR YOUR COMPUTER OR YOUR BROWSER TO MEET MINIMUM BROWSER AND OPERATING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS OF RASBO. THERE IS NO REFUND BASED ON ANY PROBLEM DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART TO YOUR COMPUTER OR PERIPHERAL DEVICE.
Featured Property
Choosing the “Featured Property” add-on will place your property in the Featured Property rotation for thirty (30) days. The Featured Property service will automatically activate when purchased but will not be shown on the homepage until a photo has been uploaded. Your property listing will not be featured all the time as there is a rotation of properties. As such, your property may not be present when you are on the Site. You must purchase the “Featured Property” add on at the beginning of the month to be included in the Featured Property rotation for the following month. YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND BECAUSE YOUR PROPERTY LISTING WAS NOT DISPLAYED AS A FEATURED PROPERTY AT A PARTICULAR TIME.
Yard Signs and Related Products
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR YARD SIGNS OR OTHER PRODUCTS SENT AS PART OF A SERVICE PLAN.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time and for any reason. Your refund requests relating to cancellation must be made in writing within 24 hours of the cancelled service. All refunds will be governed by the refund policy provided above.
Delivery/Shipping Policy
All ordered products will be shipped within five (5) business days of the order. All shipping costs are included in the purchase price. RASBO works with multiple shipping carriers to provide you with a broad range of shipping options. Expedited shipping options are available for rush deliveries. Please contact Customer Service immediately if you have special shipping requests. If your order is delayed for any reason, you will be contacted by phone or email.
Free Trials
From time to time, RASBO may offer free trials of its services. You are bound by the terms of the Fees and Credits Policy during any free trial period. You agree by accepting the free trial that RASBO may terminate your ability to access the services by terminating your customer account and password, or removing any content posted by you on the Site for violation of this Fees and Credits Policy. YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND IN CONNECTION WITH A FREE TRIAL. YOU UNDERSTAND, ACKNOWLEDGE, AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL NOT RE-USE ANY FREE TRIAL CODES OR ACCESS FREE TRIALS FOR MORE THAN ONE PROPERTY LISTING. FURTHER, YOU ALSO UNDERSTAND, ACKNOWLEDGE, AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL NOT USE A FREE TRIAL MORE THAN ONCE FOR THE SAME PROPERTY.
Violations
Please report any violation of this Fees and Credit Policy to RASBO.
